      Pros

      Degreed has an outstanding culture and wonderful benefits. David Blake (Founder and current CEO) is an amazing leader.

      Cons

      Sales haven't been great and there was a 15% layoff in June/2022. Hopefully they can recover and be back as a leader in the Learning game.

      Pros

      Degreed truly walks the talk when it comes to learning and development. The culture is inclusive, flexible, and remote-friendly. Leadership is transparent, and the education stipend and unlimited PTO are amazing perks. I feel trusted and valued.

      Cons

      Things can move fast and priorities shift quickly. Some leadership changes created a bit of uncertainty, but overall the communication and team support make a big difference.

      Pros

      Peer group is dedicated to success, open to collaboration, willing to team up on solutioning. Same can be said for partnering with other lines of business. I've never been shut down on asks.

      Cons

      The same with likely any software company... you want new features, your customers want new features and fixes, and you don't want to wait for them!
