Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's disappointing to receive this feedback but we understand that sometimes certain individuals can get disgruntled when a company is levelling up and growing into it's next chapter. People leaving is a set-back, but bringing in new team members into the squad who are highly experienced and ready to handle the level of growth we are experiencing is a win and as such, that's how it has been framed. We understand that it might not seem that way when there's alot of change happening but the vision for Defiant has never been clearer and in order for us to continue remaining at the forefront of our industry we need to be adapting and moving with the constant change in the industry.
