Specialist - Anonymous employee Defense Media Activity Employee Review

Very unprofessional environment. This place is plagued with poor leadership and folks that do not know how to effectively lead. Through bad management this agency lost $5.1 million dollars, which is a problem for a agency of this size. The unprofessionalism here is very troubling. I have seen a senior manager cuss out another manager in front of the employees. I have seen a manager scream at another employee at the top of his lungs. The stories can go on and on. I would not recommend working for this zoo.
