- At least in the department that I worked in (Application Support), micromanagement featured heavily and despite raising issues, they did not seem to be sufficiently addressed - Treated very much like a child by management, can easily be compared to being in school - There doesn't seem to be much openness to change from management, with the general feeling of "my way or the highway" - An obvious lack of trust given to staff - Despite being asked to purchase and claim back the cost of a laptop bag, phrased as a benefit upon induction, being asked to give this back at the end of employment. Bit of a kick in the teeth to not even get to keep a laptop bag that you were at one stage out of pocket for, despite great profits to the company. - Despite company celebrating mental health awareness day each year, a clear lack of action when mental health is deteriorated by poor management.
- Despite talking to HR about these issues and subsequently being raised with the manager involved, very little change occurred.
