Great colleagues in the U.S. office who are really smart and fun. Good equipment (laptop, monitor of your choice.) If your work hard you'll get more responsibilities/opportunities (but no title/wage change.) You can learn a lot about an interesting space.
Cons
Management Low salary Dishonest and not transparent Do not keep their word on deadlines/details No systems in place No communication Disconnect between offices, very hard to work in the U.S. with little chance of visiting HQ. Cheap
