Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience at Deezer does not match the culture we are aiming to create. We are doing our best to make sure our offices offer you a relaxed and pleasant environment.
As a global business, we understand that communication can be difficult. However, we are working on maintaining good relationships between managers and employees by encouraging direct communication. The Customer Support department holds weekly team meetings, which are additional to our business monthly breakfasts, where the managers give business updates to all employees.
We also strongly encourage internal mobility with guidelines for the process available to all employees. Some recent examples of such include, Customer Support Coordinators promoted to Associate Managers and Community Managers.
Our peer recognition award (bottle of champagne) is given out every month to 2 employees which have been nominated by their colleagues to celebrate and recognise their hard work.
