This company has great products and good, dedicated people. The Management team shows concern for the wellbeing of it's employees and makes an effort to show appreciation for a job well done. Pay is fair and benefits are decent. The environment is productive and professional, yet comfortable.

As with all companies there are a few drawbacks. One would be the lack of flexibility to work from home. Also, potential for growth is limited. However, nothing about this company is a deal breaker. If you have the opportunity to join this team I'd take it.

Deepsea has a casual work environment and seeks to incorporate modern business practices into its operations. The company has had significant growth over the years and synergy between brands is advancing.

Recognition and advancement are hard to come by. Company-wide adoption of technology is slow to progress.
