      Pros

      Some regions are performing better than others - of course DeepL has a great product so there is a lot of potential to sell it but at the same time they are now going into the phase of overhiring which of course has a huge impact on the sales team. Too many people even in the good performing region is an overkill and totally unnecessary from a sales person perspective. I am sure management has another view on it. Good people are working there and the culture is still nice but slowly unfortunately moving into the corporate direction

      Cons

      Lack of visibility on the decisions that are being made and also lack of honesty - management is saying one thing and doing another confusing and somehow playing people in the end. Still very chaotic in terms of management, territories and clarity. DeepL is slowly becoming a victim of its own growth

      Great collaboration and team environment Everyone is so open and friendly and willing to lend a hand Fun and engaging culture

      Cons

      Working for a European company takes some adjustment with time zone difference and working styles but it is easy to navigate.

      Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
