Pros
As Deecon is a smaller consultancy, you have client exposure and trusted responsibilities from very early on. There is lots of learning on the job and you have to use your intuition, however, there is always support from colleagues. Business Analysts can get stuck into both client projects and internal workstreams and the flat working structure means you get exposure to senior managers and directors often.
Cons
As with most consultancies, we have peaks and troughs in work. We have periods of being quite busy with project work and during times of less client work we have the opportunity to pick up internal workstreams and continue developing different skillsets.
