Not good enough pay for the amount of work expected to do. Two coworkers quit because of the management, and so did I, but the company has a very clique-ish mentality, so nothing will be done about it. I felt constantly underappreciated. Whilst others received praise for their work, I was ignored in handovers. I was made to feel bad for making minor mistakes. There is far too much unpaid training, especially before even starting the job. It was incredibly overwhelming for a new starter, yet I was expected to know exactly how to do the job before even setting foot in store. Overall an incredibly stressful experience that ended up causing so much anxiety that I had to leave. I also found it funny that we got no discount on clothing, while employees of the supermarked I worked in did.
