Pros

Dedicated IT offers a collaborative environment that encourages the technicians to expand their knowledge and skills. As an on-site technician, there is freedom to bring new ideas that will take pressure off of the client and provide simplicity to the technicians during troubleshooting efforts. Dedicated IT has an "all-hands-on-deck" approach to resolving company-wide incidents that empowers their on-site technicians to be confident.

Cons

As an on-site technician outside of Dedicated IT's HQ, it is a challenge to feel included in office festivities and to become acquainted with peers. However, DIT does make events available to employees residing outside of Florida to attend events and will setup virtual events as well, such as the virtual game nights for out-of-state employees.

Pros

The recruitment process was different level. While a bit time consuming, they went to a lot of effort to make sure things were a good fit for both parties. The workflow is demanding, but you have a lot of support with the team in place. Mangers get things taken care of in very reasonable amount of time. They are growing VERY fast and are doing well with adaptation. They see an issue, and they move to an intelligent solution. It is also worth noting that they will not bother you outside of work hours unless something is literally blowing up. Overall it is a great place to work.

Cons

All techs that are Help Desk or Hybrid are on the phones and working tickets. It can be frustrating sometimes. That's really the only complaint.
