Pros

Dedicated stands apart by making a meaningful impact in ways that matter. With a commitment to supporting 15 non-profit organizations—ranging from Feed My Starving Children to animal rescues, children’s cancer research, and efforts to free slaves in Haiti—Dedicated is driven by purpose. This mission is at the heart of everything we do. The culture at Dedicated has transformed my work life and positively influenced the energy I bring home to my family. Coming from a challenging environment where I was simply thankful for my team, I never imagined it could get better. But here, I work in a place where team members are consistently uplifted, encouraged, and supported to thrive. Dedicated truly embraces the values of today. Leadership is hands-on, working alongside the team, not just delegating from afar. There's no fear of upper management here—just mutual respect and collaboration. The company also takes great pride in creating a dynamic, enjoyable workplace. From investing in a modern, welcoming office space to offering fun amenities like a golf simulator, Ping-Pong table, bags, and foosball table, Dedicated fosters an environment where employees can feel energized and inspired. Additionally, Dedicated cares deeply about the well-being of its team. We enjoy great benefits, including free chiropractic visits, Kavira Health (providing convenient medical home visits), and mental health assistance, ensuring that our physical and mental health is supported every step of the way. Oh and there is free snacks and drinks. :)

Cons

It's collections, there are holidays we're working. There is not much time off given.

Pros

Good work environment and co-workers, people-first attitude, growth environment, opportunities for people to take on responsibility and be seen/recognized. Professional leadership development opportunities. Gym reimbursement. Mental Health reimbursement. Free Nurse Line. Free chiropractic care. For collectors, uncapped commissions (they can make more than the C-suite). Implementing EOS right now and have a John Maxwell coach helping lead the company.

Cons

Growing pains. Growing a small business can be extra painful especially for specific employees. We've outgrown people's ability to lead in their position and that's been hard to walk through. The company has also failed some employees over the years (not enough training, not enough feedback, etc.) None of this is intentional or malicious. I saw this at my last job too. What's good is the company continues to get better. New leaders with time. Comp for the collectors is great, but you have to earn it. Comp for the rest of the staff seems to be middle of the road. Benefits are better than required so that can offset some of this. Flexibility and a good work environment is also helpful.
