Pros

People were nice, remotely working, customer contact

Cons

High pressure to sell products. Required to meet sales goals. Hard to give good customer service due to having to worry about selling to many items to customers to hit your requirements. Very high pressure shouldn’t be called customer service more like customer sales.

Pros

Health insurance is the best I have had. The other employees are great. Mostly remote work.

Cons

During the most recent events in Minneapolis - the company was completely silent. There has been NO communication whatsoever to employees. It is a local company to Minnesota, but you would never guess it with the lack of support. Pay is below average. You are not heard - there are no employee surveys - they don't care what you have to say. Most of the leadership isn't even based in Minnesota - CEO is in Kansas City.
