Would not recommend - Windshield Repair Tech Deco Windshield Repair Employee Review

Ima start off by saying, this job has a lot of ups and downs, however, most of the people you see crying in the reviews are there because they are the bottom of the barrel, these guys mostly do not care! Most of them haven’t ever had a real job or even had any responsibility, most of them probably smoke all day and expect things to be handed to them, i have made over 30$/hr at DECO, and its not difficult, do not let these guys scare you into not trying anything new, now i do agree with a lot of these guys when it comes to management, they can be messy and all over the place, mostly because they are new trying to learn how to lead. However, they have your best interests at heart Although my rm was a bit strict he was also a very helpfull guy

This job is stressfull and demands a lot from your body, if you are able to handle that and talk to people you’re golden

Unpaid setup and takedown of tent (illegal) Predatory management Blame for their poor marketing and leads Tent and equipment takes up your whole car back seats and trunk unless you have a truck or a 7 seater suv No compensation for driving to far site they assagined you randomly Withhold your income for no good reason No break (illegal) Incorrect pay (illegal) Wants you to have insane skillset (sales and technical) etc for min wage
