Being alone can cause mind to race

I liked working there because there is really no supervision. The pay is weekly, you have the weekends off. After 3 months you get benefits which is medical, dental, and insurance and also 10 paid vacations and holidays off.

The pay is really bad. There is no team work for first shift which is understandable because no one wants to work there for the starting pay of 13.00 an hour. Some of the workers are lazy. The management is bad. They expect you to do a lot and more for the littlest pay possible. They also don’t have 401 K or even HR.
