      You will ruin your life ifcome to this company.no process.. no team work....no standards .. everything will be done by you..ball passing and putting heavy work load on you is normal in here.you will be super stressed daily and your health will be down..

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow and learn if that's what you are looking for. In face it would be a steep learning curve for anyone starting out as a UX/UI Designer here.

      Cons

      Lack of project managers resulting in designers needing to double up as designers and project managers at the same time.
