Pros
Glassdoor should change the functionality of this pros field if someone doesn't want to fill this field then why they are forcing
Cons
1.It is not a company so there are no pros and cons.Two or three people started "something" and later they are asking their family members to join that "something". 2.Someone else join that "something", then they will ruin his/her life by running the game of politics and what is the best part, they don't even know , how to play the game of politics. Freshers join that "something" and leave that "something" in max 3 or 6 months. 3.when someone resigns then world war came into the picture of that "something", They will cut your salary, Hr would be telling you, last month we create a policy not to give 2 months salary, saturday and sunday will not be included BLAH BLAH BLAH.......... MEANS there will be new policies born in that "something" when you resign.
