Pros
Opportunity to get involved in and learn different tasks. They gave me a chance with only prior volunteer experience. Able to work virtually for first year.
Cons
Lack of formal training. No pay increase. Responsibilities and manager kept changing. Started requiring work in office once a week, so wasn’t as flexible anymore. Could be nicer in speech if not happy with something.
