Cons
- Chaotic - the organisation in this place is terrible. Those leading the foundation have little business experience. They are developers that got lucky and pass around the CEO/senior exec role amongst themselves every few years. (I won’t go in to why that is)
- Lots of back stabbing.
- Very woke, full of grifters that wouldn’t last 5 minutes in a real job.
- Penny pinching, and doing anything they can not to pay your bonuses.
- Awful onboarding and leaving processes.
- Questionable finance practices.
- Political.
