The founder, Rukesh Reddy, is great at selling his vision and attracting people — but that vision mostly exists on paper. Once you’re in, be ready to work weekends too. There’s absolutely no work-life balance. Only two people — Ishit and Vishwas — are treated as the top performers. If you're not constantly trying to impress them, you won’t last long. The company culture is full of ego and negativity. They say the salary is between ₹20,000–₹40,000, but for the kind of work you’re expected to do, it feels like peanuts. Honestly, you’re better off being jobless than burning out here. They only have one big client and absolutely nothing else. Everything else is just noise. They also claim to have a talent pool of 5 lakh candidates from tier-A colleges, but in reality, it’s a dead pool. If you're still thinking of joining after reading this, please take care of yourself. This place is not worth your peace of mind.
