Good company culture but "autonomous" is stretching too far - Anonymous employee Decathlon Employee Review

The excessive emphasis on "autonomous" makes the scope unclear. Still not very internationalized in some sense, for example, some "global" documents are in French... And of course, French people are favored and much privileged even outside of France. This kind of favoritism is just too apparent....
