Pros
Work life balance is brilliant. The company is supporting you to make mistake and learn from it. Colleagues are also really nice, basically the office is quite energetic.
Cons
Disorganized. After years in Decathlon, I feel like Decathlon has changed and lost the direction. Some people don't pay attention about their responsibility, instead, they just keep "do what they love" and take advantage from the company.
