Life is easy at Decathlon. Everyone is nice. Not too much pressure. It's a good company to kill some time and wait for retire.
Cons
Not professional. People have low competency, no matter if it's your boss or your colleagues. It will be hard for you to keep the pace with the fast changing world if you staying in Decathlon for a long time.
