      Fair salary with some longer term benefits.

      Cons

      Employees who work through Saturday are denied Monday (off day) holiday pay and receive no compensation pay or time off. Two tiered system that favors full time employees over part time employees. Top down military management style that rarely seeks input of employees. Employee morale low and resentful.
