Company try to make pressure on employee as try to make at such employee is not performing at all 4.* As I joined company it was promise to me after probation period my salary will be raised but it was done after 5 month which pretty sad but I heard few more cases of it So join company and don't take salary raise after probation period offer what they do they will conduct next appraisal according to last appraisal not the joining date 5. I found management lacking attitude toward employee support 6. I experience company taking steps toward micromanagement in my tenure 7. Company lack attitude toward retain employee which will never build team to grow
