Pros
I have very much enjoy working her. Everyone, from my colleagues to the managers, to our admin team. Everyone is helpful, kind and willing to help you out of any snag you may get yourself into. I was in a different department at first, and it was emotional for me sometimes, people don't like to talk about debt for many reasons, and I had to have a hard talk with one of my clients and I totally remember one of peers coming over and helping me navigate the hard conversation without getting upset. He later on became a manager, I never forgot that time he came to my rescue-( there is NO crying in debt relief!! ) I feel comfortable speaking to all managers or anyone in the hierarchy. The compassion is very nice to see.
Cons
The PTO is accrued each pay period, not given in advance, However it is still PTO and the will work with you. The payroll schedule is rough- 2x a month, and they don't follow a traditional schedule, and it can be difficult to acclimatize to in regards of timing bills.
