Most of the staff are decent people trying to do their best for the students and the institution.

Cons

Leadership is selfish and narcissistic. The president is a tyrant who lies, lives in denial, terrorizes the staff and drives out talented, committed staff. She has a reputation throughout the college for not telling the truth.
