Pros

After working at DealDash for nearly five years the pros of working for such a great company are nearly innumerable; these are some of the standout perks of this organization: Colleagues - I'm convinced that I work with some of the best, brightest and most talented people on the planet. Not only are they responsible for providing new perspectives, ingenious solutions, and creative ideas, they're just flat-out approachable, kind and willing to lend a hand at any time. We even have an offsite once a year where all of the employees in the company converge on one location to build our relationships with one another and work on improvements that benefit the company. Meritocracy - Everyone's thoughts and ideas are not only heard, but considered seriously. This has led to many passionate debates and, ultimately, lends to the betterment of the company and improvement in the experience to the customer's that we serve. This also leads to a lot of opportunity to gain new skills as we can usually run with an idea and work outside of our typical teams. Work/Life Balance - DealDash is almost transcendent compared with other companies in how much work/life balance is promoted. Whether it's customizing your schedule, having the opportunity work remotely. etc. there are many options to make your life and work very cohesive and harmonious. Customer Centric - At the end of the day, most of our efforts are to serve our phenomenal customer base, and I find that to be a very important aspect many organizations miss out on as they become despondent and disconnected. We are constantly interacting with customers so that we can keep our finger on the pulse and make improvements to the experience quickly and effectively. I could probably write a book about how much I enjoy working for DealDash... If you are considering joining, don't hesitate!

Cons

As for cons, I'd say any of them are generally fleeting and are usually dealt with quite quickly. My only con, being a remote employee, is that I wish I could see my colleagues face-to-face more often, but that's really a personal opinion as the company already makes quite the effort to get the group together when possible.

Pros

I've worked at DealDash for nearly a year now, and it outpaces and outperforms my prior employer of 10+ years by a long shot. Initially, I was hired for a somewhat specific position and since I have been able to delve into many various areas outside of my job title, such as design, customer acquisition, coding, etc. giving me the opportunity to get outside of my comfort zone and learn some new skills that will lead to further positions within the company. The hiring process here has been refined to cultivate only the best talent as these are some of the best colleagues I've had the pleasure working beside. Aside from these amazing attributes, DealDash also allows employees to work where they choose, has excellent health benefits and vacation time, and you even get a Kindle upon joining the company! DealDash is a fast-paced company, and if your like challenge, responsibility and watching a company flourish, then this is place I can highly suggest to you.

Cons

The largest downside is the occasional breakdown of communication. New employees are often joining the company as other people are being promoted and this sometimes leaves a void for a brief time where new information might not make it through. That being said, it doesn't last long because everyone at DealDash tries to overcommunicate so nothing goes unsaid for long. A proper compensation structure is also needed, but management is aware and has been working on a plan for this.
