Dead Pixel has built a great culture (the office dogs are a bonus)! They invest a lot of time and effort in ensuring new candidates are a good culture fit into the company. This really impressed me when I applied - I felt like they genuinely cared about understanding my personality and character. It made me feel that each hire has been carefully considered and is valued for their individuality. Projects are super varied with leadership encouraging input from all of the team.
