Pros
The people you work with are the best part of this job. They give everything all the time and will help without a second thought. The hybrid work schedule and time off is fantastic for work/life balance. The company does a good job of making your work feel like it makes a difference.
Cons
This is still a big corporate company. Stupid politics in the work places makes standing out as an individual difficult. I did not get great mentorship from my superiors. You have to go search out any kind of information even if you are brand new. They are subject to mass layoffs at the drop of a hat. Not a stable company in hard times.
