Pros

- The team is really motivated and has reasonable skills to achieve the objectives

Cons

Timelines are insane, "build a satellite, test and qualify for flight in 6 months" is a norm. There is no CTO in the company; technical decisions are made randomly without technical knowledge or requirements. The company open a branch in US, where all the employees in Germany are having a hard time to "share" information with another country, a conflict of interest. There is no available space for the amount of projects and tasks that need to be done in the company, laboratories are a mess and there is no procurement sector or logistics, crazy scenario go get things going. The upper management has a high trust in suppliers and partners, where partners doesn't have the same view and most of the time "ignore" Dcubed purchases to prioritize other clients

Pros

The Colleagues are very friendly and great to get along with,

Cons

The company suffers from chronically unrealistic timelines that erode morale, fuel burnout, and lead to rushed, error-prone work. Management often disregards feedback, repeating the same planning mistakes and fostering a culture where employees who voice concerns are sidelined or abruptly let go, sometimes in ways considered very unprofessional. A focus on rapid product delivery frequently compromises engineering quality and long-term reliability, with the solution in hindsight being request to fust fix it by working more.
