      Pros

      you gain new experience so fast and everyone is friendly and willing to help you if you ask questions and show you're willing to learn. I've been commissioned to write for them after my internship and even got a new job from another magazine who saw my article there.

      Cons

      the work culture felt very clique-y. you have to be a specific kind "cool" there
