      Strong and complex enterprise product, talented engineers, good learning opportunities, modern tech stack, real scale and real customers

      Inconsistent management quality, unclear expectations, frequent priority changes, limited transparency in performance and promotion decisions, stressful delivery culture.

      Pros

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Cons

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Cons

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
