      Working with the clients is enjoyable. There is care in the president for employee and clients.

      The communication is terrible, you have to find out changes from the community.

      The ability to assist the clients which are priority

      Cons

      Unfair business practices in dealing with employees. Too much favoritism and upper mgmt does not allow you to be innovative or creative with job. Does not promote input from employees.
