Open and receptive to new ideas. Do offer good offer some training opportunities. Flat management structure so dealing with director level regularly. Nice colleagues (long suffering)
Cons
Directors/ Owners of the firm very difficult to work for - controlling and complete lack of resources proved to staff. Firm and certainly the retail side appears to be run down - will the company be around in 5 years am not sure? You cannot trust the owners - who claim they run an open caring family business but it is all faked to inspire loyalty. The family is very much about the bottom line would stab their own uncle in the back! Run by accountants who do not give a hoot about company values which stand proudly on the wall- not a nice culture. Short term decision making - no investment in shops, systematically plan to pay minimal staff wages - pretend to care and increase wages but it doesn't happen. High turnover leads to increased pressure on existing staff - last one left at head office to switch off lights!
