Pros

Decent (albeit dwindling) benefits Some coworkers are friendly

Cons

This company is now forcing its team members to go through mandatory social indoctrination courses for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. From my perspective, this is a gross overreach of the company's power over its team members. Team members have no option for voicing objections to these DEI trainings without retribution. The re-education material has no validity from a scientific perspective, and it is inappropriate to force this on employees. I don't believe all of our leaders agree with these principles, but they are more concerned with avoiding criticism than standing up for the truth. It takes courage to stand against group think and social agendas. It is apparent our leadership lacks fortitude.

You are correct that Daxko has made a commitment of being a place where EVERYONE is welcomed. Daxko’s core value of WE over me is all about being a cohesive team across the entire company to accomplish our vision of powering health and wellness throughout the world. We believe that we can and should engage the strength of diversity and inclusion to do this. Our commitment to these principles includes embedding DEI training into the mandatory training we provide each year to everyone such as PCI compliance, anti-harassment instruction, and Vision and Values training. You have only completed the first course. Our hope is that you continue, take the other 3 courses, and try to get something positive out of them whether that is through the instruction or with your teammates in the group breakout sessions. Being on the Daxko team means that you are a gifted and talented person as we hire less than 2% of those who apply. We want EVERYONE to feel welcome, even when people like you disagree, and that welcome means that you should be comfortable sharing your constructive criticisms with Senior Leadership Team through our open-door policy. Please feel free to reach out to me, Ron, our CEO, or other members of the SLT.

Pros

Most people care a lot. And try to make the best of the miserable environment.

Cons

The culture is toxic from the top down. Leadership creates an environment of constant chaos, shifting priorities, and little accountability, leaving employees to absorb the consequences. Management by fear is accepted and, at times, seems to be embraced. The company continues acquiring businesses with little apparent planning for how those acquisitions will be integrated into the broader organization. Rather than building scalable processes first, existing teams are simply expected to absorb additional work while already operating at capacity. The result is an organization that constantly feels reactive instead of intentional. Every day becomes another exercise in putting out fires while being criticized for failing to anticipate priorities that were never clearly communicated. Leadership struggles to establish, communicate, and execute on a coherent strategy, making it difficult to accomplish meaningful work or feel successful. Long-term planning consistently takes a back seat to constantly changing priorities. Concerns about leadership and workplace culture are raised, yet the same patterns continue. Employees are left feeling unsupported, overextended, and increasingly burned out while leadership appears insulated from the impact of its decisions.
