Pros
I began my tenure, six years ago, at Daxko as a part-time customer support rep, with little experience or discernible skills in the tech industry, making only a couple dollars per hour more than I had been making as a part-time janitor. Daxko has been so very good to me. Professionally, Daxko has allowed me to stretch into (and out of) multiple roles. Daxko has always been supportive of my career development, partnering with me to uncover my strengths and weaknesses, and consistently pushing towards finding focus and purpose in the work. I leave Daxko with a clear direction and calling in my vocation, with skills and experience that have provided financially beyond what I could have dreamed possible. My time at Daxko was a privilege. Personally, the years of shared free lunches, community service projects, nerf gun wars, scooter races and a common passion to achieve excellence in our work and lives, and ultimately drive success for our customers has forged some of my closest friendships. Daxko is successful because the Team Members of Daxko are all together, better. Daxko’s mission statement, to provide their Team Members with rewarding careers, is more than a slogan, it is an intentionally designed and developed culture. I am a product of this incredible culture, and I could not recommend Daxko more highly. ** Additionally, Daxko’s CRO is the absolute best. From Garth Brooks covers to designing sales processes, the guy is just a rockstar! **
Cons
Daxko is growing at an incredible pace. At times the demands of the work can be taxing. Daxko encourages a healthy work-life balance, but if you are not intentional the work can become all-consuming and overwhelming.
