- Friendly working atmosphere - Regular staff social events (6-8 per year)

Where to start....... - Derisory salary structure, with next to no scope for increases to basic salary (I personally was told "Davy do not do pay rises") - Ad-hoc remuneration (bonus) not at all reflective of time and effort dedicated to workload throughout the year - False promises re: career progression - Totalitarian management structure; an "us and them" mentality - Year-end appraisals are patronising, inaccurate and extremely demotivational - Staff turnover is extremely high - Several processes/methods exist under one roof - leading to confusion, dissatisfaction and frustration amongst staff
