Pros
Friendly staff. Good opportunities to learn and qualifications/exams are paid for. Decent employer pension contribution of 9%. They organise plenty of social events through their charity and well being teams. Their Belfast office is going through change which leads to opportunity. Opportunities to do training etc in their Dublin office and to network.
Cons
Office isn't as nice as in Dublin. Their tech could be a lot better. Issues occur frequently due to this.
