Stay away from this company by all means - Anonymous employee Davis Wire Employee Review

I've been here for more than 3 years and it's about time to get out of here. There is NO communication from any of the departments. Sales seems to run the business but they tend to forget that without production there is no material to sell! Recently went through a strike in the mill, does that make anyone want to consider working for a company that does not take care of their employees? My advice, stay far away from this place - company does not have holiday parties, no bonuses, and they do not treat their employees with respect.
