Lot's of good change happening now. Expecting to see some exciting changes that helps the company grow and offer growth advancement for our employees

Cons

Current technology is really lacking. Luckily, we are in the process of implementing a new ERP. Hopefully, it addresses a lot of the headaches we face.

Pros

Jimmy Jr has some great ideas. He is trying to bring this company into the 21th century. Looking to expand the building, bring in an MRP system, and merge manufacturing and distribution

Cons

Jim Sr is not as progressive. He still manually signs invoices monthly and has very little appetite to change the current processes. There was a continuous improvement analysis performed showing capacity issues on the line. The analysis also provided direction going forward on what needed to be qualified on certain lines to alleviate the bottle neck. Nothing was done with the information, Buddy the mfg lead for them operates the facility however he wants. He scares away maintenance people so he is the only person that can fix the lines. He is becomes the bottle next for MFG because nobody else can fix issues when lines go down. This causes deadlines to be missed and additional operating costs
