Pros
Fun to put a look together for the wedding party or other special occasions. Flexible hours. Management team does its best to help you make commission, but sometimes working hours is effected (could be a bad thing)
Cons
Commission is based on productivity, so if no one comes in during a shift, that counts against you. Base pay is only $7.50/hr. Can be very competitive and cut-throat. High turnover rate for employees.
