Pros

Great Team Environment, Amazing Benefits - Vision, Dental, Health, 401K Match, ESOP Program, College Contribution, Adoption Contribution, 10-year paid sabbatical, Employee paid vacations for Anniversary, Chaplain program, great employee support & amazing appreciation and treatment. The upper management is so approachable and authentic. They truly care about us. David Weekley is so humble and generous. So easy to sell the homes and builder to visitors because they're so amazing!

Cons

Sales Consultants get 3 Holidays days less than everyone else and we work every weekend. It would be nice to get those 3 days given back to us to take off other weekends that aren't as busy to spend more time with family. But it is wonderful to work on such an amazing team and in a company where it feels like you're a family!

Culture is centered around teamwork and collaboration. Company makes significant investment in coaching and professional development. Company lives its mission of building dreams and enhancing lives.

Cons

Company is very frivolous but rewards thrifty mindset with profit sharing and ESOP for all employees.
