      Pros

      Great values with this company. Great benefits 401k/ retirment. Generous time off. Supportive upper management. I have young kids they have been super flexible with Dr Appt's and emergancys.

      Cons

      With inflation pay could be higher to keep up.

      Company is very frivolous but rewards thrifty mindset with profit sharing and ESOP for all employees.

      The Family atmosphere that David Weekley has Everyone seems happy to be working for David Weekley The way we treat our trade partners is far above and beyond any other builder in the valley We have team building events which helps you grow in your position and interact with others in other positions. Amazing company to work for no micromanaging. If you do your job that is. Benefits are amazing David Weekly truly takes care of their employees.
