      You get to work on hugely impactful problems of decarbonization and affordability in energy. The team is driven, collaborative, and sharp. There is lots of flexibility in how the team works and very little micro-management. There is a clear product-market fit and pathway to success for the business.

      Typical startup growing pains - decent amount of turnover and lack of institutional support that a larger company would have.

      - Truly meaningful, innovative, and impactful work - Great people/culture - Flexibility and work/life balance - Product was weak when I first joined but recently has turned a corner in a good direction, I'm happy to see positive evolution and a promising trajectory - Decent balance of subject matter expertise and team/business management capabilities within leadership
