beautiful environment, FOH look out for each other (can't say the same for wait staff), good staff meals and bread if you stay late.

management can be overly picky and strict, they always schedule you too much when you're busy and not enough when you have more time (as with any restaurant)
High earnings, excellent training program,opportunity to learn a lot of information about Japanese food, high end place to work, good for the resume.

Long working hours, poor judgment of skills ans abilities of employees, no communication or attempt to communicate the issues with the employees. Poor benefits
