Good management, great team to work with

Could use some improvement in pay

Flexible work week by having day off during middle of week. Co workers were friendly and always there to help. Training program was extensive The Subaru manager was amazing and always willing to help you grow as a person and an employee.

The owner of this dealership has a god complex and definetly shows it often. Very competitive atmosphere and becomes toxic quick. They preach a family atmosphere, but it does not show often. Pay checks were never on time and when you asked about it their answer was almost always "you should be more prepared financially to take a hit"
