      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work for a Government project under Dautom in Dubai . The onboarding was smooth and the team was always available if I had any concerns. The recruitment team was really helpful as I had come from India and Dubai was a new place for me. They did a commendable job by giving initial accommodation and helping to get in touch with the right people for flat hunting etc.

      Cons

      They provided medical insurance and visa for me. It would have been great if it was also given to my dependance too.

      Pros

      At dautom the team is very fun to work with and the company is very collaborative.

      Cons

      The company is all in all very good and sometimes the workload can be demanding due to peak requirement.
