      Pros

      The start pay is ~$21 for on site security that's it.

      Cons

      Management has 0 communication past a simple hello in person. Don't expect them to answer calls or texts. Management promises a minimum of $1 raise after 3 months of work and the most you'll get is 50¢ unless you slave away for work. If you don't do the reports correctly they'll doc hours from your paycheck without any investigation prior. When Management does communicate and say they'll call you in a few minutes expect 1-2 hours minimum.

      Employer is willing to give you any overtime you need. Consistent Schedule Employer will work with you for time off. Friendly and helpful co-workers. Overall Respectable company 8/10

      Pros

      You get to work with professionals and individuals who take their job seriously, you get to meet new people every day, and for the most part it's not very stressful. Lots of opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Short-staffing leads to a lot of pressure to take overtime when you don't necessarily want to. There are communication issues as well where you don't always get information relevant to you until the last minute.
