      Pros

      Great place to work. Felt like I was really helping my team instead of feeling like they are just giving me busy work. Leaders also act like mentors.

      Cons

      No benefits, compensation is average for the field.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
